Depends where you want to get it from. Although I haven't used their services (though I was surely tempted when the Aussie dollar was so good) there's Denver Fabrics. I've heard they're pretty good. Check out The Elizabethan Costuming Page for LOADS of fabric places and other costuming related supplies. They're mostly American though.
Festival planning is happening... There's a whole lot more to this lark than I thought, especially since loos, garbage removal etc will have to be organised for the first time in 10 years. What was I thinking???
